The Role:
- Generate and convert new business opportunities exclusively within the Construction sector
- Develop and execute a targeted business development strategy across contractors, developers, consultants, engineers, and associated construction businesses
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, introducers, and self-generated activity
- Meet with senior decision-makers to understand their insurance requirements and risk exposures
- Deliver tailored insurance solutions supported by specialist construction expertise and market-leading insurer relationships
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and recommendations to prospective clients
- Work closely with technical broking and servicing teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience
- Develop long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for future growth

- Consistently achieve and exceed new business and revenue targets
About You:
- Previous experience within Commercial Insurance is essential
- Strong understanding of Construction Insurance risks and products
- Proven track record of generating and winning new business
- Experience as a Development Executive, New Business Executive, Sales Executive, Account Executive, or similar client-facing role
- Ability to build credibility with construction business owners, directors, and senior stakeholders
- Excellent networking, presentation, and negotiation skills
