Our latest incentive day was one to remember, as we swapped the office for a day packed with clay shooting, quad biking, friendly competition and plenty of laughs!
The team got stuck straight into the action, with some impressive performances on the shooting range. Kelly and Millie were absolutely amazing, showing the girls how it’s done! Meanwhile, Derek managed to hit every single clay – not missing a one! Needless to say, the competition was fierce.
After the shooting, it was time to get on the quads and tackle the course. There were plenty of thrills, spills and muddy moments, with Elle providing one of the highlights of the day after crashing into a tree! Thankfully, everyone was okay and it certainly gave the rest of the team something to laugh about!
Days like this are a great way for us to recognise and reward our team’s hard work, while spending time together away from the usual working environment. It was a fantastic day filled with teamwork, competition and plenty of memorable moments.
A big thank you to everyone who took part, we’re already looking forward to the next one!
