At IRS, our monthly team incentive days are designed to bring everyone together, encourage collaboration, and add a bit of fun and healthy competition to the working month.
This month’s activity saw the team split into three groups, taking part in a scavenger hunt–style challenge that tested problem-solving, communication, and teamwork across a series of engaging tasks.
After a lively and competitive day, congratulations go to the BLUE team, who came out on top! Well done to Stuart, Kelly, Rianne, and Denver for their fantastic teamwork and determination throughout the challenges.
